I finally stopped reading flat earth threads after 2 years and started arguing with moon landing deniers
I used to spend like 3 hours a night in r/flatearth reading the same 5 arguments about water curving and NASA lies. Last week I dumped all that energy into a moon landing debate on a conspiracy forum instead because at least there are new photos and transcripts to dig through. After 4 days of back and forth with a guy named Dave from Ohio, I noticed he kept recycling the same 3 points about shadows and the van allen belt. It hit me that both crowds use the same playbook, just swap out the talking points. Has anyone else jumped between two conspiracy camps and felt like you were watching the same movie twice?
