Update: tried finishing a small pad with a wood float instead of magnesium, and it pulled way more cream than I expected
Did a 10x12 pad in the back of a shop in Modesto last Tuesday and the surface came out smoother than my usual mag pass, but it set up on me about 8 minutes faster. Anyone else run into that, or was my mix just hot?
