That bus driver's 3-word rule made me rethink my whole commute

Last Tuesday I was running late and grumbling at a red light on the 7:15 to downtown when the driver just said, "You're all early." I laughed, thinking he was joking, but he explained that nobody's truly late on transit, you just catch the next bus or train, so stress is pointless. It hit different because I've spent 6 months rage-tracking delays on the Route 14 and now I just stand there and wait. Has anyone else had a driver or station worker drop a line that completely reset how you handle the daily grind?
