Just realized the 7:15 bus got 8 minutes faster since November

I ride the 7:15 from Elm St every morning and it used to crawl because of that construction near the library, but once they finished the new turn lane in November it shaved a solid 8 minutes off. My whole morning routine is off now since I get to work before the coffee shop even opens, has anyone else had a route change mess with their timing like that?
