Went from planning first to doing first, total game changer for our block cleanup
Last spring I spent 3 weekends organizing a neighborhood trash pickup with spreadsheets and schedules, got maybe 8 people. This fall I just picked a Saturday, posted a simple flyer at the laundromat, and brought my own bags and grabbers, 23 showed up. Anyone else find that less structure actually gets more help?
