Update: the Little Free Library on Garfield Ave finally got restocked and it made my week
I walk past that little wooden box on Garfield Ave every morning around 7 and for about 2 weeks it was just 3 old paperbacks and a cracked DVD case. Then yesterday it was packed, maybe 20 books, and someone had taped a note inside that just said "take two, leave one, be cool." I grabbed a mystery novel and left a gardening book my mom passed along. Small thing I know, but it made me feel like the block is actually looking out for each other. Curious if other folks here have a neighborhood box that goes through dry spells and how you keep it going?
