Question about organizing a neighborhood cleanup

I was setting up a sign-up sheet for a cleanup in Springfield and realized I'd been making people email me directly... a friend just sent me a link to a free Google Form and it clicked how much easier that is. Anyone have a better tool for collecting volunteer info?

Try a simple text group for last-minute updates.

Yeah, a text group sounds great in theory. But knowing my luck, @bettywilson, I'd be the one who accidentally sends the "we need to talk" text to the whole neighborhood watch thread instead of my buddy. My phone and I have a complicated relationship. I'm all for it, just maybe put me on mute after the first few apology messages for my typos.
