Just found out our town's tool library has 340 members and only 12 volunteer shifts a week
I was poking around the volunteer board at the Hillside branch last Tuesday and the coordinator mentioned they turn away tool donations because nobody is around to sort them. If 340 people share that many tools, seems like a few more hands on deck would go a long way. How do other small tool libraries handle the volunteer gap?
