I wasted $150 on a meal prep service that was basically just boxes of disappointment
Signed up for one of those meal kit delivery services last month because I thought it would save me time and help me eat better. But every single box showed up with at least one ingredient missing or spoiled, like the chicken smelled off on day two of the box being here. I tried three different weeks hoping it was just a fluke, but nope, same issues every time. Ended up canceling after losing about $150 total on spoiled food and takeout orders I had to make instead. Has anyone else had a similar experience with these services, or did I just pick a bad one?

That "chicken smelled off" part is brutal. I feel your pain, wasted money on a similar thing and got lukewarm meat in the box once.

Heard you @jamienguyen, but honestly I kinda disagree. Ive had good luck with those meal kits, the chicken was fine for me. Maybe you just got a bad batch or something.
