Walk-in cooler died at 4:50 on a Friday and I had 80 lbs of cod sitting in there
I was doing prep at our spot on Delancey when the walk-in started humming weird, then the temp readout hit 58 degrees. I moved all 80 lbs of cod into the beer cooler and called a guy named Sal who fixed it by 9pm for $340. What do you all keep on hand for cooler fails, spare thermostat or just a temp log book?
