Switched our line cooks from squeeze bottles to 16oz widemouth delis and the grill station finally stopped falling apart
The squeeze bottles were cheap but guys kept losing the caps and the oil would go rancid after a week or two, so we were dumping half of them out anyway. We moved to the widemouth deli containers with the screw-on lids in March and the station stays clean, refills take ten seconds, and nothing has gone bad since. Anyone else make a small change like that and wonder why it took so long?
