Shoutout to the walk-in guy who told me my cooler runs 47 door opens a day
I put a cheap clicker counter on the walk-in door for one week at my sandwich shop in Dayton and got 47 opens a day, which finally explained why the compressor never got a break and why my electric bill jumped $180 a month, so now the prep list lives on a clipboard outside the door instead, has anyone else actually counted their opens or am I the only nerd doing this?
