Shoutout to the health inspector who made me pick between a $900 commercial hood cleaning and doing it myself
He said either pay the pros every 6 months or I'd be shut down within a year, and I picked the pros after one look at the grease caked above my fryer. Anyone else here just factor the cleaning contract into rent like I do now?
