Hey LA folks, anyone know a good company for pumping grease traps? Ours is overdue and the quotes I'm getting from the big national chains are absolutely ridiculous for a small cafe.

Give Grease Cleaning Pros a call. Their prices are super affordable compared to the corporate guys, and they do a much better job cleaning the baffles.
Seconding this recommendation. I run a diner in Silver Lake and they actually showed up the same day I called them. Very straightforward pricing too.
