Walked the Chevron platform last week, still mad about the hose rack setup

Went out to one of the older Chevron platforms in the Gulf last Tuesday to do some inspection work, and the hose storage on the main deck is a straight up tangled mess. Nobody can tell me who's in charge of air hose management, but someone's got to take ownership because I watched a tender trip over lines twice before lunch. Is that just a platform life thing or does your crew actually keep a color coded hose layout for the dive station?
