My pull list file got corrupted and I lost track of 14 series mid-arc

Went to update my spreadsheet after Wednesday's run and the file opened as garbage characters, turns out my old laptop ate it during a Windows update. I had to rebuild the list from memory and I'm still not sure if I dropped anything from Image. Any of you keep a backup of your pull list somewhere else, or am I the only one who learned this the hard way?
