We all do that sometimes, right? Always check the panels first.

Oh totally, it's like a reflex! I'll open something up just to peek at the wiring or a component, and then next thing I know I've been staring at the circuit boards for twenty minutes before even glancing at the manual. It's just way more fun to dive right in and look at the actual parts. I always tell myself I'll read the instructions next time, but I probably won't!
