Hit 500 issues in my collection last night and realized something weird

I was just casually logging my pulls on CLZ and saw I crossed 500 total comics. That number hit different because I started collecting seriously during lockdown in 2020. Has anyone else realized they own way more than they thought and got a little uncomfortable?

Started keeping a Google Sheets list on my phone after I found three copies of the same John Byrne Fantastic Four issue. Now I log every new comic before it goes in a box, and I double check it when I pull something out to read. Saved me from buying duplicates at least a dozen times since.

realized they own way more than they thought and got a little uncomfortable" - yeah that hit me when I moved apartments and had to pack up my longboxes. I had around 300 issues but I swear it felt like I was hauling around 600 pounds of paper. The worst part was finding doubles of a bunch of early 2000s X-Men I forgot I bought twice. Now I just keep a running list on a note in my phone so I don't do that again.
