That $140 fog machine at a Halloween party in Seattle was a money pit
I bought a cheap fog machine last October and it clogged after 20 minutes, so I spent another $60 on special fluid and a cleaning kit, but it still sputtered out during the haunted maze, has anyone else gotten burned by event gear that looked reliable on the box?

Honestly, I used to think spending extra on the name brand stuff was a total scam, but after my $80 fogger died halfway through my driveway haunt last year, I get it now. That cheap gear really is a gamble and the box always looks way more reliable than it actually is.
