A customer's 'quick question' at 4:55 PM cost me 2 hours and my patience
Last Thursday, this woman walks in right before closing and asks for help with a software issue she saw on TikTok. I figured it'd be 5 minutes, but she kept pulling up random videos and demanding I replicate each one. After 45 minutes, I told her it wasn't a real feature, and she called me lazy in front of two other customers. The manager sided with her and made me do a full walkthrough of every menu option anyway. Has anyone else had a manager cave to a loud customer over a completely made-up product problem?
