Showerthought: my $12 bag of Ethiopian beans from the corner shop made me ditch my French press for good.

I brewed it expecting a muddy mess, but the clarity of flavor was a total shock that changed my whole morning routine. Anyone else have a cheap find that completely shifted their method?

I mean, it's just coffee, right? I feel like people get way too deep about brew methods over a single bag of beans. It was probably a good batch, but I doubt it's a life-changing revelation lol.
