Shoutout to the barista at Blue Bottle in Austin who refused to make my usual order

She told me my go-to latte was masking the stale beans they were using and made me try a single origin pour-over instead, and now I actually taste the difference between roasts - anyone else had a barista call them out and change their whole routine?
