Pro tip: I chose a hand grinder over an electric one for my camping trip

I was packing for a week in the Smokies and had to pick between my big electric grinder or a small manual one. I went with the hand grinder, and the coffee was just as good without the noise or the bulk. Anyone have a favorite lightweight setup for making coffee outdoors?

A week in the Smokies with just a hand grinder... that's some serious dedication. I'd get tired of cranking it after the first morning. The coffee better be amazing to make up for the arm workout.

Honestly, the arm workout is part of the fun for me.

Man, I feel that. My arm gets sore just thinking about it. That first cup better be life-changing. Honestly, I'd probably just start chewing the beans by day three. Some folks are just built different for their coffee.
