I used to think cold brew was just watered down iced coffee
For years, I stuck with my hot coffee over ice, convinced cold brew was a weak trend. My friend in Austin made a batch with a coarse grind and let it steep for 18 hours in her fridge. I tried it and the flavor was so smooth, without any of the bitter bite I expected. It completely changed my mind on summer coffee. What's something you were wrong about when it comes to brewing?

My buddy in Seattle swore by his French press for years. He finally tried @the_pat's method and said the coffee tasted way cleaner. Totally changed his morning routine.
