Spent $40 on a Python course on Udemy and it actually got me unstuck

Honestly, I was stuck on loops for like 2 weeks and couldn't figure out for loops vs while loops. So I dropped $40 on a beginner Python course from Angela Yu on Udemy and it walked me through it step by step with real projects. The way she explained it with a guessing game finally clicked for me. Has anyone else had luck with paid courses over free YouTube tutorials?

Really, two weeks stuck on loops? That sounds rough but I can totally see how that would happen with the wrong explanation. Angela Yu has a good reputation for breaking things down in a way that makes sense, so glad that guessing game did the trick.

Did you watch the whole course or just cherry pick the parts you were stuck on? I ask because I tried doing that with other tutorials and it never worked out for me. Had to go back and do the boring parts too. The guessing game thing really is where it clicked for me, something about building that tiny project made all the abstract stuff feel real. What other topics did she cover that helped you later on?
