Serious question, I found a bug in a free learning app and didn't report it because I was afraid they'd fix it and make it harder. Is that bad?

Honestly, that's super relatable (and maybe a little guilty). But keeping a bug hurts the app for everyone trying to learn.

Remember my buddy bragging about his easy high score in that word game? Turns out he never reported a spelling glitch. Whole leaderboard got messed up for weeks before the devs found it. Kinda ruined the fun for everyone grinding fair.
