PSA: That $10 Udemy course won't make you a job-ready developer
I saw a post on Reddit yesterday where someone bragged about finishing a Python bootcamp in 3 weeks and expected a $60k job offer. That's just not realistic. I've been learning for 6 months now in Austin, and the real work starts when you build your own projects from scratch. Has anyone else felt like tutorials give a false sense of readiness?

Wait, three weeks? Like from zero coding to thinking you're ready for an actual job? That's wild man. I've been grinding through a full stack course for months and still feel like I barely know what I'm doing half the time.

Right, three weeks and you're suddenly a full stack dev, what a joke. Next week he'll be building a social media platform that beats Facebook. Can't wait to see that GitHub repo.
