Just realized a coolant mix mistake cost us a $15k spindle rebuild. Heard the maintenance guy talking about it in the break room.

Wince a little every time I see something like this. Had a similar thing happen at my old job where the water cooler line got hooked up wrong and flooded the break room. Took them three days to figure out it wasn't a plumbing issue but a $15 part. Bet someone's getting a stern talking to about double checking connections before they turn the valve on.
