My crew guy pointed out we were tossing half-full paint cans
He said 'boss, that's like throwing money and chemicals straight into the ground.' Now we mix leftovers for primer or donate to community projects. Anyone else find a dumb waste habit at their job?

Half full cans? That's actually insane. The money lost on that must be crazy. Good on your guy for speaking up, most people would just keep quiet. Makes you wonder what other obvious waste gets ignored every day.

Yall ever notice how sometimes the people doing the grunt work see the waste first? @patriciacarr my buddy worked at a print shop where they were tossing reams of misprinted flyers, turns out a local school could use em for art projects. Ended up saving them like $200 a month just on paper.
