My furnace died on the coldest night in January and I need a good HVAC person in Lakewood
My furnace quit on me around 2am on January 14th, and the house got down to 48 degrees before I gave up and called a guy who charged me $450 just to say the motor was shot. I'm in Lakewood near Madison Park and I don't want to get ripped off again, so does anyone have a heating guy on the west side they actually trust? I'd love a name and a rough idea of what a new furnace should cost around here.

Check your furnace filter first, that killed mine once.
