Hot take: Lakewood snow plows are too aggressive with the curbs

I watched a plow rip a chunk off my neighbor's asphalt driveway apron on Madison Ave last Tuesday morning. The driver didn't even slow down, just kept going like nothing happened. Has anyone else had their curb or driveway damaged by the city plows this winter?

Six inches is actually pretty bad, my dent was only about three.

Buddy of mine on Lake Ave had the same thing happen. The plow nicked his curb so hard it left a gash about six inches long and chipped a chunk off the edge. He didn't even realize it until he went to shovel and saw the fresh scrape marks. Called the city and they just said they'd "look into it" which pretty much meant nothing. He's still waiting on them to come fix it almost a month later.
