Guy at the West Side Market told me to skip the $9 parking and park on Lorain, saved me every Saturday since
Heard him telling his buddy that the lot on W 25th jacked rates to $12 on weekends and the free spots near the old brewery open up by 8am, so has anyone else found a better trick than circling for 20 minutes?
