That Tuesday when every flue fight went my way

Last spring I had a day in Roanoke where three jobs back to back just clicked. First house had a raccoon nest packed so tight I figured an hour of scraping, but it came out in one solid chunk. Second place was a pellet stove insert with a cracked liner the homeowner swore was fine, and my camera showed it clear as day. Third was a landlord who tried to haggle me down $40 until I showed him the creosote buildup on his own porch. He paid full price without another word. Has anyone else had a day where the tools, the customers, and the weather all lined up perfect?

Those days are rare but they stick with you. It's like when you hit every green light on the way to work, everything just falls into place. Usually there's one small hiccup that throws the whole rhythm off, but when it doesn't happen, you realize how much of the job is just luck and timing. The raccoon nest and the landlord both sound like the universe decided to give you a break. Reminds me that the bad days are usually just bad luck too, not always bad work.
