Rotating brush head flew off on a job yesterday - nearly took out a window

I was running my rotary brush on a clay flue liner and the whole head assembly just snapped off the shaft after maybe 40 minutes of use. Anyone else had this happen with the cheaper polycarbonate heads before I spend the money on a steel one?

Respectfully, I gotta disagree - I've beat the hell out of poly heads on clay liners without any issues, sounds more like a defect or user error than a material problem.

Heard that before but my experience says it's a crapshoot with those setups.
