My date thought chimney sweeping was a made-up job
Had to show her photos of creosote buildup to prove it's real.

But how often do you actually see a chimney sweep these days? It's not like it's a common job you hear about anymore... so her guess wasn't totally crazy. Most people just have furnaces now.
