Made a simple change to my brush setup after a call in Nashville last week
I was working a job at an old Victorian house in East Nashville and kept getting hung up on a tight bend in the flue. Took me an extra 45 minutes of wrestling before I swapped to a smaller diameter poly brush and finished in 10 minutes flat. Any of you guys switch up your brush size based on the chimney type you're dealing with?

Smaller brush always saves me on those old tight flues. Makes a world of difference.

Wait have you ever run into a flue where even the smallest brush just sticks halfway through? I swear I had one last season that was so tight I thought it was gonna get jammed for good. What do you do when that happens, just keep grinding on it or do you switch to a different tool?
