Heard a homeowner say 'you guys just vacuum the pipe right?' and had to laugh
Ngl that comment caught me off guard on a Wichita job this Tuesday. I had to explain the whole process, from rodding the flue to checking the liner with a mirror, and he watched for 20 minutes. Has anyone else had to educate a customer on site like that, or is it just me?
