Back in 2021 I stopped using a full face respirator for every job, and I still think it was the right call for me.

Forty bucks for a used Herman Miller at a garage sale last summer is still the best deal I've ever made (@mark723, you probably know the feeling). My back was killing me before that, honestly, and now I can sit for hours without that nagging ache. It's crazy how one simple change like a good chair makes everything else click into place. I swear I get twice as much done now just because I'm not constantly squirming around.
