Switched my mise en place to quart containers after 6 weeks, and I actually got slower
I timed myself on the same 12 item prep list at my spot in Denver and my old dollar store bowls beat the fancy quart setup by 4 minutes because I keep dumping stuff out instead of reaching in, so now I want to know if anyone else has gone back to the cheap stuff after trying to upgrade.
