Vent: the 1920s bungalow on Ellis St in Boise has original windows and I can't decide if that's a selling point or a money pit
Half the folks I know say keep the wavy glass and just reglaze, the other half say rip them out for vinyl and save $200 a month on heat. The owner wants $52k and the sills are soft in two rooms, so which side of this would you land on?
