I thought a $22k gut job in Gary, Indiana was a scam, then I walked the basement
Seller said "foundation's fine" and honestly the mold smell made me doubt it, but a mason quoted me $4,800 to repoint and it checked out. Anyone else flip their read on a cheap listing after actually seeing it?

Gary basements always smell worse than they are, $4800 sounds right.
