My neighbor said canned tuna is a waste of money compared to mackerel.
He argued a can of mackerel is 30 cents cheaper, has more meat, and tastes just as good in pasta, which made me question all my cheap lunch staples.

Honestly used to grab tuna without thinking twice. Your neighbor has a point though, mackerel is way cheaper and you get more in the can. Tried it last week on some crackers and it was just as good. Might actually switch up my grocery list.

Totally feel that, @margaret_chen. It's wild how we stick to one brand or product for years just out of habit.
