My $9 rice cooker died 20 minutes into meal prep for 3 days of lunches
It popped and the light went out right as the timer hit 20 minutes, so I dumped the half-cooked rice into a pot on the stove and now I'm out here googling whether a $9 cooker is even worth replacing or if I should just make rice the old way, and has anyone else had a cheap cooker die mid-batch like this?
