Vent: the guy at the bank in Tulsa told me a cash out refi would take 45 days, and it did
I braced for 4 months of paperwork hell after a buddy's horror story, so when the appraisal came back at $312k and we closed on day 44 with the check wired straight to my contractor, I sat in my truck just staring at the paper wondering if I'd missed something, has anyone else had a refi come in early like that or did I just get lucky?
