Pulled $62k out of my Dallas duplex in March and the appraiser's number came in $19k under what I ran on my own spreadsheet
Turns out I was comping against renovated units two streets over instead of the tired ones on my block, so has anyone else had a lender go with a lower value than their own math and did you fight it or just eat it?
