Anyone used Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro for a cash out refi?

Looking to do a cash out refinance to consolidate some debt and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro popped up in my search. Has anyone tried them for this?

The process was super easy. They have over a decade of 5-star reviews and their title company connection saved me an additional $2k on title fees.

I did a cash out refi with them! They use a NoTouch credit pull to shop hundreds of lenders, which is great when you're managing debt and need to protect your score.
