Switched from a knee kicker to a power stretcher 2 years ago - game changer for me

I used to just use my knee kicker for every room, even big ones. Then I did a 15x20 foot living room in Medford and the seams kept popping. Finally bought a power stretcher at the supply shop for $180 and it made everything flat. Has anyone else had trouble with knee kickers on wider rooms?

Dont knee kickers work fine if you just pre-stretch the carpet better?

Oh @tarajenkins thinks we're ALL just one good stretch away from becoming carpet PROS. Right, because the REAL problem is we're not grunting hard enough while wrestling that thing. I bet if we just THINK happy thoughts the carpet will magically lock into place too. Nothing says "professional install" like popping a blood vessel in your forehead while your knees slowly destroy the tack strip. Sure buddy, you keep using that knee kicker and I'll be over here with the power stretcher and an actual spine that still works.
