My old power stretcher finally gave out on a job in Newark

The handle snapped clean off last Tuesday on a living room install, right when I had the plate set against the baseboard. I've had that Pro Tool FT-11 for about 14 years, so I can't complain too much, but it put me an hour behind schedule waiting for a loaner from the supply house. Has anyone else had to retire a stretcher after a long run, and did you stick with the same brand or switch it up?

Wait, loaner from the supply house? I thought they only delivered, not lent.
