Update: I glue every joint and here's why

I thought glue was for hacks. Real woodworkers rely on tight joints. Then a client's table came loose. Glue fixed it for good. Now I use it on all my projects. It adds hidden strength. My work holds up better.

Tell me about it. I have to get the same lesson wrong a few times before it sticks. Still a work in progress over here.
