Shoutout to the safety talk that opened my eyes about dust masks

I used to sand without any protection. Got a persistent cough and headaches. Our safety guy explained how wood dust can cause lung issues. I wear a mask every time now, and my health has improved.

Lung issues get too much attention when other risks are worse. People often fixate on one scary thing without looking at the whole story. @joseph_roberts should check if the fear is real or just hype.

My dad's asthma makes me get why @joseph_roberts took it seriously. Those lung issue warnings are legit scary.
